GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL 3
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL 3.
The end of an era. Or a new beginning? Whatever happens, it will be one hell of a ride. Tissues at the ready!
What’s it about?
In Marvel Studios "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
What happened in the holiday special?
The Holiday Special revealed some changes to the team since we last saw them as they now live in Knowhere – which they bought from the Collector – they've got a new ship called the Bowie and they also now hang out with telekinetic dog Cosmo.
Who’s in it?
Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star-Lord

With it being rumoured to be the last in the guardians trilogy we would expect some surprises along the way.
How does it fit into the new Marvel universe?
It will likely follow the not so immediate after math of Avengers Infinity War/ End game. It will tie loose ends and answer the unanswered questions left by the previous 2 Guardians of the Galaxy movies. With its own story intertwining, closing character chapters and possibly opening new doors for some characters.
The movie hits the big screens May 5th in the UK. Rumoured runtime is over 2 hours.
