The initial lineup of the Justice League of America, which debuted in 1960, included only one female superhero: Wonder Woman. Also included on the team were Superman, Batman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Green Lantern, and Aquaman. Eventually, more females joined, including Zatanna and Hawkwoman. Wonder Woman is almost always depicted as a founding member, sometimes even acting as the groups leader along with Superman and Batman.

However, during one reboot, Wonder Woman was replaced with Black Canary as a founding member of the new Justice League. Wonder Woman was eventually given her founding member status back though. The latest version of the Justice League in the New 52, which drops “America” from its title, features Wonder Woman as the only female founding member once again, but Atom (Rhonda Pineda) and Elemental Women also join the team.

The Witcher 3: Wild Huntis an action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt RED. Announced in February 2013, it was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2015. The game is the third in the series, preceded by The Witcher and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, which are based on the series of fantasy novels by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski.

Playing in an open world third-person perspective, players control protagonist Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter known as a witcher, who seeks his missing lover and his adopted daughter, who are on the run from a group known as the "Wild Hunt". In the game, players battle against the world's many dangers using weapons and magic, while interacting with non-player characters and completing side quests and main missions to progress through the story.

The game was met with critical acclaim, with critics praising its narrative, world design, combat and visuals, and was a commercial success, selling over six million copies in six weeks. The game won multiple Game of the Year awards from various gaming publications, critics, and award events, with many calling it one of the best role-playing games of all time. Two critically successful expansion packs were also released for the game, titled Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine.

Batman movie have always drawn certain story elements from the comic books, but Batman v Superman is borrowing its thematic arc and tone from one of the most famous Batman stories there is. That story is “The Dark Knight Returns” by writer/author/filmmaker Frank Miller, whose work has been the inspiration for several esteemed comic book movies, including 300 and Batman Begins. “Dark Knight Returns” miniseries was released in 1986, and basically chronicles a story where a middle-aged Bruce Wayne re-dons the Batman suit after years in retirement, in order to free Gotham City from darker threats than it’s ever faced. Injustice: Gods Among Us: Since the early versions of the game, the Metropolis stage has had a number of changes. The original time of day was daytime, but the weather in the final version is overcast. The TV in the streets had the Regime's logo which faded to Superman with glowing eyes and then back again. The final versions have just the logo. In an earlier version, it shows the Daily Planet logo as unfinished on the rooftops, but in the final versions it's shown.
