UK RETURNS:
Not all returns are the same, so why do so many companies have the same flat policy to all of them? We do things differently, Our friendly customer support will be happy to look into your individual return and come up with a solution to please everyone.

If you don't want to chat to us, click the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page and choose 'Returns' to arrange a return. You have 30 days from the day after delivery.



THE LEGAL BIT:
Returning items supplied that clearly are subject to a manufacturing fault we will happily replace, exchange or refund.

If you simply don't like your item you can return it to us for a full refund. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. The customer - Thats you! - is entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods. If you do choose to cancel within those 14 days then you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met: [1] The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in, unopened/ new or in a resealable condition. [2] The postage cost to send the item back to us is the customer's responsibility [you]. [3] You must contact us by email or by letter confirming you would like to cancel your order/s.

Refunds are processed within an hour of the item arriving back. Depending on your bank you should receive the funds within a couple of hours, it can take up to 24 hours.
Replacements and Exchanged are sent once the returned item arrives back with us.

If you would like to return your item/s you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met: [1] The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in. unopened/ new or in a resealable condition. [2] ALL postage cost to send the item back to us is the customer's responsibility. [3] You must contact us by email or by letter confirming you would like to cancel your order/s. You might not be refunded the postage amount that occurred when you brought the item. This is decided case by case.
