CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Our warehouse is still running like normal. We expect minimal delay in our every day sending out of mail. Sending mail within the UK should have minimal delay. We do however expect delays with Royal Mail and their partners in delivery mail internationally. Couriers in Europe will experience heavy delays with minor delays in USA and Rest of the world.
DELIVERY & RETURNS | UK [A] :
We do not charge for standard 24 (formally first class) delivery to a UK mainland address. However we do offer other delivery options at cost. You can upgrade to Royal mail - 24 signed for/ recorded for £1.90. You can also upgrade to next working day guarantee via Royal Mail and Interlink for £6.99.
All orders received and paid for in full before 3.00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be sent the next working day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and on Public bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
Deliveries to main land UK are usually made within 1-3 working days of dispatch. We usually send via Royal mail first class however some orders may require a signature. Please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas and public holidays..
Returning items supplied which clearly are subject to a manufacturing fault we will happily replace, exchange or refund.
If you are simply unhappy with your awesome product you can return it to us for a full refund. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. The customer - Thats you! - is entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days. From the day after the date of delivery of the goods. If you do choose to cancel within those 14 days then you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met:  The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in. unopened/ new or in resealable condition.  The postage cost to send the item back to us is the customers responsibility [you].  You must contact us by email or by letter confirming you would like to cancel your order/s. If you find your product has a manufacturers fault and is defective you must contact us within 30 days of you receiving your goods.
However because not every one order is ever the same this return policy is open. Meaning our friendly team will be happy to look into your individual case and solve accordingly. Please click the 'contact us' button then in the drop down menu choose 'Returns' to arrange a return.

We do currently charge for international postage. This is a one of charge per order. We can merge two orders together as long as one or both have not been marked as dispatched already. For shipping pricing add the items to your shopping basket, click on the basket summery (the basket on the top right) then scroll down to 'estimate shipping cost'. Once you have proceeded you will then be asked to confirm the shipping method.

Unfortunately there is no estimated time for International shipping. Post to some areas can take up to 60 days. Spike Dabomb does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of us. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.
If you would like to return your item/s you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met:  The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in. unopened/ new or in resealable condition.  ALL postage cost to send the item back to us is the customers responsibility [you].
