DELIVERY - UNITED KINGDOM (UK):

Free delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom (mainland only). The price you see is the price you pay. no hidden fees or surcharges on the last page of checkout.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 - 3 days, most of the time delivery is the very next day however during peak times like Christmas and Public Holidays it can take considerably longer.

You can upgrade your shipping method if you wish, full list of UK delivery options are:

*Next-day guarantee does not include Saturday or Sunday, although your local DHL depot may attempt weekend delivery if they are busy. We may use Royal Mail special delivery if we believe it will get to you quicker than DHL or if DHL fails to pick up from us. We offer free delivery to most UK non-mainland. However, delivery times will vary. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed for non-mainland orders.

USA:

£4.99 Tracked delivery, Free tracked delivery when you spend over £40.

We charge £4.99 for shipping to the United States, all orders are sent via Royal Mail and are delivered by USPS. Spend £40 or more and get shipping for free, applied automatically in checkout. Spike Dabomb does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of us. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us. FYI: "Anything imported for personal use with a value of under $800 can be imported duty-free". Most orders arrive within 7 - 14 working days but can take longer in the run up to Christmas and during bank holidays.




EU:

£4.99 Tracked delivery, Free tracked delivery when you spend over £40.

We charge £4.99 for shipping to Europe, free if you spend over £40. The United Kingdom no longer gets to enjoy the endless benefits of the free trade agreement. The new deal (in simple terms) means anything you order from the UK or anything we order from the EU is subject to vat/ tax/ duty. This rate depends per country but the average works out to be 21%. Unlike our American customers, this is charged on everything, there is no lower limit exemptions. It's important you understand that your orders will be subject to an additional charge once your local courier has the parcel. Couriers can add their own fees, known as 'handling fees or collection fee'. This is your responsibility to pay for this. Spike Dabomb does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of us. International delivery times can vary, Most orders arrive within 7 - 14 days but can take longer in the run-up to Christmas and during bank holidays.



REST OF WORLD (EVERYONE ELSE):

Free tracked delivery when you spend over £40.

We charge between £6.99 and £12.99 for shipping everywhere else, orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked, often delivered by your own state/government postal service. Spike Dabomb does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of us. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us. We ship to as many countries and we possibly can, if you don't see your country and want us to ship to you please drop us a email. DISPATCH TIME:
UK orders that are received before 3pm Monday - Friday will receive same-day dispatch. All international orders that are received before 2pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched that same day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday or on a Public Holiday your order will leave us the next working day. 
If you wish to cancel before your order has shipped you must tell us before the order cut off, even if your order isn't' showing as shipped.
