We offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders. No minimum order. No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
All orders with completed payment before 4pm will receive same day dispatch and will be sent via Royal Mail 24, a 1 - 2 day service.
You can upgrade your order to Royal Mail 24 Recorded for £1.90. We also offer a guaranteed Next day* delivery option. Just click on DPD upon checkout. This is charged at £3.99, We can currently only offer DPD on orders with completed payment before 11am Monday - Friday. *Next day guarantee does not include Saturday or Sunday, although your local DPD depot may attempt weekend delivery if they are busy.

Spike Dabomb does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of us. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.
We dispatch orders 6 days a week. Monday - Saturday. If you order before 4pm Monday to Friday your order will leave us that same day! If you order before 12pm Saturday your order will leave us that same day. If you order on Sunday or on a Public Holiday your order will us on the next working day. International order cut off is an hour before.
Not all returns are the same, so why do many companies have the same policy approach to all products? Our official return policy is flexible, meaning our friendly customer support will be happy to look into your individual case and come up with a solution to please everyone. Returning items supplied which clearly are subject to a manufacturing fault we will happily replace, exchange or refund.

The customer - Thats you! - is entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days. From the day after the date of delivery of the goods. If you do choose to cancel within those 14 days then you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met:  The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in. unopened/ new or in a resealable condition.  The postage cost to send the item back to us is the customers responsibility [you].  You must contact us by email or by letter confirming you would like to cancel your order/s. If you find your product has a manufacturer's fault and is defective you must contact us within 30 days of you receiving your goods. We offer a 30 day return policy.
If you would like to return your item/s you must contact us by either email or letter. plus the following condition must be met:  The item/s must be in the same condition it arrived to you in. unopened/ new or in a resealable condition.  ALL postage cost to send the item back to us is the customer's responsibility.  You must contact us by email or by letter confirming you would like to cancel your order/s. You might not be refunded the postage amount occurred when you brought the item. This is decided case by case.
