CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Our warehouse is still running like normal. We expect minimal delay in our every day sending out of mail. Royal Mail are struggling to keep up. They are currently handling Christmas sized volumes with half the staff. Most parcels are arriving within 2 - 3 days, There are some that are taking much longer. Royal Mail have confirmed heavy delays with international delivery; Royal Mail and their Delivery Partners all over the world are still processing each others mail. Couriers in lock down will experience heavy delays. Our estimates have changed; Europe 7 - 21 days. ROW (OUT OF EU, USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA & JAPAN) 1 - 8 weeks. These are just estimates, tracked parcels are only running 7 days behind, standard parcels are running weeks behind. Choose tracked if you can. Please be patient. Signed for delivery has been suspended, your postmen will sign for you.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders. All orders with completed payment before 3pm will receive same day dispatch and will be sent via Royal Mail 24, a 1 - 2 day service.
You can upgrade your order to Royal Mail 24 Recorded for £1.90. We also offer a guaranteed Next day delivery option. Just click on DPD upon checkout. We can currently only offer DPD on orders with completed payment before 11am.
EU:
We are currently trialing FREE DELIVERY to most of Europe. Standard shipping will now be FREE. There is still a charge for Express Shipping.
Due to the variety we offer and the cost of international post we do charge for international delivery. All items brought before 3pm GMT will receive same day dispatch. We offer two types of international delivery 1) Royal Mail international airmail charged at £3.99. 2) Royal Mail international Airsure/ Tracked charged at £9.90.

DISPATCH TIME:
We dispatch orders 6 days a week. Monday - Saturday. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday your order will leave us that same day! If you order before 12pm Saturday your order will leave us that same day. If you order on Sunday or a Public Holiday your order will us on the next working day.
