DID YOU KNOW?
Deathstroke was created in 1980 as a nemesis to the Titans, while Deadpool was created in the early '90s. Like DC, Rob introduced Deadpool as the villain to teenage superheroes known as the New Mutants. Even his name — Wade Wilson — was a rip-off of Slade Wilson.
There is another parallel that’s kinda funny when you think about it: Dead is the same thing as Death and you Stroke in a Pool.

Marvel and DC Comics crossovers have always been a rarity, but when the two worlds have collided, it's not uncommon to see The Flash and Quicksilver test their speed against each other. One such race occurred during a massive team-up between The Avengers and Justice League, and while the Scarlet Speedster lost in the Marvel Universe because he was cut off from the Speed Force, Pietro quickly learned just how much of an advantage that provides compared to the abilities he was born with. Quicksilver tends to max out around four or five times the speed of sound, but The Flash is so fast he can reach the speed of sound and even break through time, so there's no question of which of these heroes is truly the Fastest Man Alive. As a result, this round goes to DC Comics, easy!

The initial Batman stories were especially violent. Batman had no compunction about carrying a gun or killing his foes. Only later did Batman develop a code in which he refused to do either of those things, lest he sink to the level of the man who killed his parents.
